How fast will I get a reply?

We review every request personally and get back to you, once your request is routed internally, with a reply or a proposed meeting time. If you have a deadline, note it in your message.

What information should my request include?

Your topic, your goal and, if available, the setting, region and a possible timeframe. The topic-specific fields in the form ask for exactly that. The more concrete, the faster we can route it.

Who processes my data?

Depending on the topic, aheadx (Shink Big LLC) or M&K Event GmbH for DACH events. Your information is used solely to handle your request. Details in the privacy policy.

Can I ask aheadx for a custom format?

Yes. Pick “General inquiry” or the best-fitting topic and describe your idea. We assess whether and how a custom format can be realized, and get back to you with next steps.
