What if I simply don't understand any of it?
We design the event so that this practically doesn't happen. If it does: use the Q&A, no question is too basic.

Can I put customer data into ChatGPT?
Not on the standard tier. Personal data requires a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and a GDPR Art. 6 legal basis. This works via ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot Business or OpenAI API with DPA. Putting customer data into a private ChatGPT account violates GDPR. Rule of thumb: anonymise beforehand or use an enterprise tier.

Can I come to ahead x as an AI sceptic, or will my concerns be brushed off?
